With Remembrance Day coming up next month, we'd like you to submit any photographs of family members or friends who were, or are, veterans of war. Whether killed in action, honourably discharged or a survivor of the conflict, if they participated, no matter what their role was, we want to honour them in our Nov. 6 issue of the Humboldt Journal.
For the honourable, the brave, the long-gone or the veterans still walking among us, their names and photo deserve to be seen in the paper.
Photos and a brief description of the veteran (name, rank, regiment, conflict) can be submitted by e-mail to our editor at [email protected], by mail with a return address to Humboldt Journal, P.O. Box 970, Humboldt SK, S0K 2A0, or by bringing them to our office at 535 Main Street in Humboldt.
All photos will be returned after the issue comes out.
Please submit photos to the Journal by no later than Nov. 4.
