Male taken to hospital following stabbing in Saskatoon

Upon arrival, officers located a male suffering from serious injuries.

SASKATOON - Police are investigating following a stabbing Sunday night in Saskatoon.

At approximately 10:40 p.m. on Sept. 29, police were called to the 300 block of Avenue I South for a report of an injured male. Initial information stated a male had been stabbed.

Upon arrival, officers located a male suffering from serious injuries; he was treated by paramedics and taken to hospital for what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

The Saskatoon Police Service is investigating.
