The North Battleford Fire Department headed out of town Friday morning in response to a grass and straw bale fire.
NBFD reports the call came in at 8:42 a.m. and they responded with a pumper, a utility truck and three firefighters.
They were on the scene for just over a half hour.
The site of the fire was northeast of the city three kilometers east of Highway 16 on Highway 378.
