A passenger vehicle fire happened Aug. 26 just north of North Battleford on Highway 4.
The incident happened about 12 kilometres north around 6:40 p.m. North Battleford Fire and Emergency Services responded with one pumper apparatus and five firefighters, who were on the scene for 40 minutes.
The vehicle was fully involved, however, and was totally destroyed.
Also on the scene were the RCMP and WPD Ambulance.
North Battleford Fire and Emergency Services also reminds the public to please allow emergency workers some time and space when dealing with serious incidents on the highway, as they stop and direct traffic for the safety of both firefighters and the public.
