EAST CENTRAL — At about 1 pm on April 17 a power outage occurred in Tisdale, Melfort, Hudson Bay, Kinistino, St. Louis, St. Brieux, Star City, Tisdale, Weldon, Yellow Creek, Chelan and surrounding rural areas.
SaskPower crews were dispatched and determined the cause: the main transmission line went off. Power was restored at 1:15 pm. Further details were not given by SaskPower.
