Armed with a baseball bat, two men robbed the Queen's Hotel in Battleford at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday, according to Battlefords rural RCMP.

Armed with a baseball bat, two men robbed the Queen's Hotel in Battleford at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday, according to Battlefords rural RCMP.


Police say the two men, described as Caucasian, wore masks, one wielding the bat, when they entered the bar demanding cash. They fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of amount of money.


RCMP officers and a police service dog conducted an extensive search of the area but were unable to locate the perpetrators.


Both are described as slim in build, approximately 5' 11' tall with an estimated age of late teens to early 20s.
