Saskatoon Transit sets special trips for Rattlers' games

SASKATOON — The Saskatoon Transit has scheduled special trips for the Saskatchewan Rattlers’ home games at the SaskTel Centre.

The Rattlers will take on the Calgary Surge on Sunday, July 14, at 4 p.m. The direct service from the special events stop is at 23rd Street and 2nd Avenue.

Buses leaving for SaskTel Centre depart at 2:45 p.m. and 3:25 p.m. The post-event drop-off is at the downtown terminal and regular fares apply at $3 per trip.

Fares can be purchased on your mobile phone using the TGo or transit app. Transfers and passes are also accepted.

Buses arrive onsite 30 minutes before the end of the event. Passengers are advised to use the Transit app at least two weeks in advance to plan their trips to events at SaskTel Centre.

The Rattlers faced the Winnipeg Sea Bears on Thursday, July 11, at 7:30 p.m., with the departure times at the special events stopping at 6:15 and 6:55 p.m.
