One of three youth suspects accused in the break-in at a north end school in North Battleford will return to court Oct. 16.
The youth, age 12, faces several charges including break and enter, possession of stolen property, mischief, committing an assault, failing to keep the peace and breach of an undertaking. According to police, his charges are connected to two incidents at the school at the 2200 block of 102nd Street, from Oct. 2 and Oct. 7, as well as incidents from the summer months.
The youth appeared in court Wednesday morning and a judicial interim release report is being ordered in time for his next appearance.
Two others, one age 12 and the other age 14, are also charged in connection to the Oct 2 incident.
