The expansion of Scott Campbell Dodge is now underway.
The building plan for the expansion of the car dealership, dated May 18 and signed by building inspector Jerry Wintonyk, was before council at their regular meeting.
According to the building plan presented to council, the addition is for a new showroom and sales office at the location at 3042 - 99th St. The size is to be 60 feet by 110 feet, plus 10 feet by 24 feet for 6,908 square feet. Nine additional parking stalls are also required and approved on site.
RBM Architecture of North Battleford is the architect for the project and Lesmeister Construction 97' Ltd of North Battleford is the contractor. The value of the addition is $1,670,000.
Scott Campbell Dodge plans to remain open with no disruptions during construction.
