North American Chuckwagon Championship on in Lloydminster

The Canadian Professional Chuckwagon Racing season continued this week in Lloydminster with the North American Chuckwagon Championship. It is the third stop on the CPCA schedule in 2021.

The Canadian Professional Chuckwagon Racing season continued this week in Lloydminster with the North American Chuckwagon Championship.

It is the third stop on the CPCA schedule in 2021. The championship began Sunday night, and Day One results saw Todd Baptiste on top for SORE Oilfield, with a time of 01:17.47.

Day Two on Monday saw BJ Carey of Grit Athletic Performance finish on top with a time of 01:17.52.

The two-day aggregate sees Jamie Laboucane of Daveco Industrial Construction Services leading with an overall time of 02:36.06. Dallas Dyck is second while Ryan Baptiste is third.

There is still plenty of time for other drivers to make their mark in Lloydminster, with seven more nights of racing left to go. The event continues through to July 19 at the Lloydminster Exhibition grounds.
