LEMKY: It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peter Harold Lemky Jr, late of North Battleford, on July 19, 2011 at the age of 67 years.

LEMKY: It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peter Harold Lemky Jr, late of North Battleford, on July 19, 2011 at the age of 67 years. Peter leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife Darlene May Lemky; his sons Keith (Marjorie) and Ian and 3 grandchildren; stepdaughters: Faye, Lorna, Heidi; stepson Peter Schneider; step daughters in law Doreen and Marie; step grandchildren Allan, Patricia, Jennifer, Marshall, and Joey Schneider; three sisters: Lydia (Peter) Litchfield, Faith (Lorne) Warkentine, and Rhoda Klassen; stepsisters Jean and Lynn; five brothers: David (Shirley) Lemky, Reuben Lemky, Daniel (Verna) Lemky, Aaron (Tammie) Lemky, and Victor Lemky; stepbrother Ron; sisters and brothers-in-law: Hilda (Sadley) Yarych, Eva Poore, Phyllis Szczerba, James Wilson, Virginia Smith, and Lorraine (George) Corbell; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is predeceased by his parents Peter and Mary; stepdaughter Patrina; stepson Elmer Schneider; parents in law Henry and Dorothy Wilson; stepmother Betty Lemky; brothers-in-law: Ivan Crump, Edward Gatzke, Olaf Anderson, Glen Poore, Mike Szczerba and Walter Wilson. Thank you to River Heights Lodge staff, Dr. Johnson and BUH 3rd floor. Funeral Service was held on Saturday, July 30, 2011 from the Living Faith Chapel with Pastor Dan Glass officiating. Interment took place at the Glaslyn Cemetery, Glaslyn, SK. If friends so desire, donations in Peter's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
