PRINCE ALBERT - The Prince Albert Police Service has once again requested public assistance in locating a missing 67-year-old.
Horace Umpherville was last seen in the 900 block of Exhibition Drive on Nov. 24. Umpherville is described as male, 5’10”, approximately 190 pounds. He is known to frequent the downtown and Cornerstone area. It is believed Horace may be in a vulnerable state.
Umpherville was last seen on video surveillance in a business in the 800 block of 15th Street East on March 27. The Prince Albert Police Service is releasing a new photo of Horace from that video surveillance.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Horace Umpherville is asked to contact police at 306-953-4222, or in an emergency, 9-1-1.
