LUSELAND - The Luseland Library was home to a showcase of another avenue of talent by local artist Jared Fischer.
The library had adequate space for the display and, as a community building, it is an appropriate venue to represent local artists.
Fischer created all the costumes from his involvement in the Pothole Productions theatre group. Normally they are in closet storage or his basement, and show organizers said this was a way to showcase another area of the talented Luseland artist.
Most people know of Fischer as a visual artist, but are not always aware of his costume creativity. He is also a tattoo artist.
Those who took in the display commented on the talent, creativity and craftsmanship in each costume, recognizing the local artist’s talents in a new way.
