Unity Report
RCMP received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer near Salvador. The vehicle driver sustained minor injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.
A 27-year-old man from Saskatoon was charged with assault on a police officer, resisting a peace officer and mischief after members received a 911 hang-up.
A 34-year-old man from Unity was charged with assault after nembers received a complaint of assault.
Police received a complaint of harassing communications but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
RCMP received a complaint of an individual damaging residential property. Members spoke to the complainant who declined to proceed.
Members are investigating a complaint of a dog biting an individual.
Police received a complaint of an individual harming a dog. This matter is still under investigation.
A 34-year-old man from Battleford was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle during a traffic stop.
There were also four false alarms and one traffic complaint.
Wilkie Report
RCMP received a request to assist Emergency Medical Services with a patient.
Police received a complaint of disturbing the peace. Members arrested the subject of the complaint who remained in cells in Cut Knife until sober. No charges were laid.
Members conducted a well-being check at the request of a provincial agency.
RCMP received a complaint of an individual not complying with a release order condition. This matter is still under investigation.
Police executed a warrant on an individual in the detachment area at the request of the Saskatoon Police Service.
RCMP received a complaint of disturbing the peace. Members patrolled but could not locate the subjects of the complaint.
CN Rail reported a train stuck on the railway crossing in Wilkie. Reported for information purposes.
Police received a report of an abandoned vehicle in Landis. Members discovered the vehicle had been stolen from Saskatoon. This matter is still under investigation.
RCMP received a report of a dog running loose in Landis. Members issued a verbal warning to the animal owner.
There were also five traffic complaints.
Macklin Report
RCMP received a complaint of uttering threats but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
Police received a request to keep the peace while an individual retrieved personal property from a residence. Members were attending a priority call and unable to assist at the requested time.
Members received a report of a collision between two semis on Highway 14 east of Macklin. There were no injuries and no charges were laid. Bad road conditions and high winds were contributing factors to the collision.
There was also one false alarm.
