Angel Blair of CAA travels to check out the province's worst roads as Saskatchewan once again votes on the roads it loves to hate the most.

REGINA — We are now in week three of the CAA 2025 WORST ROADS online engagement campaign.

Saskatchewan residents continue to nominate and vote for their worst or unsafe roads. Motorists from Moose Jaw are once again making their voices heard, but they are not the loudest. For the second week in a row the community of Buchanan has the most votes making it the current leader.

The current CAA 2025 Worst Roads top 10 list also showed two ties.

(Please note the votes are cumulative. The top 10 list changes as votes are tallied.)

  1. Saskatchewan 5, Buchanan, (Ranked No. 2 in CAA Worst Roads 2024, No. 4 in 2023, and No. 5 in 2022.)
  2. Saskatchewan 4, Dorintosh,
  3. Saskatchewan 339, Avonlea,
  4. 5th Avenue NW, Moose Jaw,
  5. (Tie) Saskatchewan 47, Springside, (Ranked No. 8 in CAA Worst Roads 2024 and No. 2 in 2022.) and Saskatchewan 102, La Ronge,
  6. Saskatchewan 123, Pemican Portage,
  7. Saskatchewan 2, Cudworth,
  8. Saskatchewan 4, Meadow Lake,
  9. (Tie) 13th Avenue NW, Moose Jaw and Warman Road, Saskatoon,
  10. Coteau Street W, Moose Jaw,

But it's not over yet! You can still nominate and vote now for roads that have potholes, cracks, poor road maintenance, unclear road signage, unpaved roads, or poor infrastructure. Whether you are a motorist, cyclist, motorcyclist, transit user, or a pedestrian, we want to hear from you.

Voting is quick and easy: Visit caaworstroads.com, enter your email address, select a road, and attach a photo.

This week, we did a little 'door knocking' around the province. Residents we spoke with did not hesitate when asked: "What is the Worst Road you drive on?" Watch the Potholes in Saskatchewan video.

The CAA 2025 Top Ten Worst Roads will be announced on April 30, 2025. Click here for contest details.

CAA Worst Roads in an online engagement campaign aimed at drawing attention to our province's worst, unsafe roads. The top ten worst roads for 2025 will be shared with key stakeholders, government, and business leaders in hopes of sparking conversation and action.
