Accused in death of Misha Pavelick set for trial in October

The jury trial will be held Oct. 20 at the Court of King's Bench in Regina.

REGINA - A trial has now been set for a 35-year-old man, who's being charged as a youth, in the second-degree murder of 19-year-old Misha Pavelick 19 years ago.

The jury trial will be held Oct. 20 at the Court of King's Bench in Regina.

The accused, who can't be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is next scheduled for a case management conference to look into whether he will be seeking a detention review.
