REGINA - The Saskatchewan Cornhole Association (SCA) is hosting a cornhole event bringing ladies from across the country to compete.

The cornhole event, known as the Lady Boss of the Toss, is the first of its kind in Canada.

Cornhole is a lawn game where players throw a fabric bean bag on a board, scoring points based on where it lands.

SCA said, "This event promises to be a thrilling showcase of skill and competition as top-tier athletes vie for the title of the Lady Boss of the Toss championship."

Crystal Bittman, SCA board member, said the group is thrilled to bring together some of the elite Canadian women cornhole players.

She added, "this event is not only a competition but a celebration of the growth and passion for cornhole across the country."

The event will take place May 3 and 4 at 2363 2nd Ave.
