Sentencing adjourned for chiropractor convicted of sexual assault

Ruben Manz was acquitted on five other counts of sexual assault and a seventh charge of sexual assault was declared a mistrial.

REGINA - A Regina chiropractor convicted by a jury on one count of sexual assault was scheduled for a sentencing hearing Feb. 28, 2025.

Ruben Manz was acquitted on five other counts of sexual assault and a seventh charge of sexual assault was declared a mistrial.

Manz's trial was held on the matters Nov. 4 to 29, 2024. 

Sentencing submissions from the Crown and Defence have been adjourned to May 16, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Regina's Court of King's Bench.
