2025 assessment appeal deadline is Friday, March 28

Those who disagree with the assessment of their property can appeal to the Board of Revision.

The City of Saskatoon encourages property owners to use the Property Assessment & Tax Tool to review the characteristics the city has on file about their property.

SASKATOON — The deadline to submit a formal assessment appeal for your property this year is Friday, March 28.

Property owners, if after speaking with an assessor you disagree with your property’s 2025 reassessed value, you can submit a formal assessment appeal to the Board of Revision.

To submit an assessment appeal, please note the required fee and complete the appeal form included with your 2025 Assessment Notice or download the form from saskatoon.ca/assessment.

We encourage property owners to use the Property Assessment & Tax Tool to review the characteristics the city has on file about your property, check other properties’ assessed values in your area, review market area sales, historical tax information and more. Visit saskatoon.ca/taxtool.
