Motocross racers compete at the Weyburn track

A number of local motocross racers were in competition on Sunday, during a motocross race held at the Raymond Giroux Memorial Track. The following are results from the race.

In GP Beginner: 1st:  Wyatt Vilcu; 2nd:  Dalton Vilcu; 18th:  Jeremy Kish. In MX 2 intermediate: 3rd:  Cole Hastings. In MX3 Pro: 1st:  Codie Rouse.

In MX3 junior: 1st:  Zach Douglas; 2nd:  Kyler Douglas; 3rd:  Tyler Domes; 6th:  William Thomas; 7th:  Parker Douglas; 10th:  Jesse Thompson; 11th:  Gage Tyhy; and 19th:  Josh Alexander. In Ladies: 10th:  Emily Quigley; and 14th:  Zoe Douglas.

In the over 40 race: 1st:  John Rouse. In the 85 cc (ages 12 to 16) race: 4th:  Dylan Honig; and 11th:  Jett Grohn. In the 85 cc (ages seven to 11) race: 2nd:  Ryder Zackrisson; 6th:  Marcus Quigley; and 17th:  Emily Quigley. In MX2 junior: 3rd:  Zach Douglas; 4th:  Kyler Douglas; 5th:  Gage Tyhy; 8th:  Tyler Domes; 9th:  William Thomas; 16th:  Jesse Thompson; 17th:  Parker Douglas; and 22nd:  Josh Alexander.

In the Vet Junior: 9th:  Chris Pederson. In Vet Master:  2nd:  Trevor Douglas. In the 50 cc (ages four to six): 5th:  Deegan Thomas. In the MX1 junior: 1st:  Kyler Douglas; and 4th:  Zach Douglas. In the over 50 race: 1st:  John Rouse. In the 65 cc: 6th:  Marcus Quigley.

In the Super Mini: 2nd:  Gage Tyhy; 7th:  Dylan Honig; 10th:  Ryder Zackrisson; 14th:  Marcus Quigley; and 21st:  Jett Grohn. In the Pro Am: 1st:  Codie Rouse; and 7th:  Cole Hastings.
