ESTEVAN - The Estevan Mercury is showing its support for a local event Thursday afternoon.
Sales manager Christine Jones and sales representative Kimberly Ball are at the Estevan Chamber of Commerce's Networking on the Green golf tournament.
The Mercury is the clubhouse sponsor for the event, and Ball and Jones are, appropriately, serving up Arnold Palmers - a mixture of lemonade and iced tea - for the thirsty golfers.
They are also holding a contest for people to guess how many golf balls are in a container, with the winner receiving two tickets to each of the Orpheum Theatre, Souris Valley Theatre and the Estevan Arts Council's Estevan Concert Series.
Networking on the Green is a popular tournament hosted by the chamber each year, and so Ball and Jones will be busy interacting with people in the business community throughout the afternoon.
