ESTEVAN - Talented young figure skaters from southeast and east-central Saskatchewan were in Estevan on Saturday for the Region 1 and 6 Regional/Invitational Competition.
Skaters were on the ice at Affinity Place throughout the day. Separated into five different Star divisions based on skill level, they showcased their skills for the judges through the elements and the free skate.
Artistic, creative improv and team skates were also part of the competition.
Many people turned out to watch the skaters at Affinity Place.
