UPDATE: Highway 39 southeast of Midale is open again, after it was closed for several hours on Saturday.

MIDALE - A portion of Highway 39 in southeast Saskatchewan is closed Saturday due to an accident.
According to a post on the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure's Highway Hotline, the incident occurred four kilometres southeast of Midale. All lanes were closed, and there was debris on the highway.
