ESTEVAN - The practice restriction against an Estevan physician has been lifted.
The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan announced in the summer that Dr. Alexander Arthur would be required to have a practice monitor present for any professional encounters with female patients.
The restrictions were put in place last year after the CPSS received two complaints from female patients which alleged improper conduct by Arthur.
The investigation did not result in Arthur being charged with unprofessional conduct.
A reference to the practice restriction has been removed from the CPSS's website.
