Update: Truck stolen from Estevan located, one in custody

The yellow Ford F350 stolen from Estevan early morning on Feb. 21 has been located and one suspect is in custody.

The yellow Ford F350 has been located, and one suspect is in custody.

"Police would like to thank everyone for calling in their sightings, as this is what assisted members to locate the truck," the EPS said in a media release.

ESTEVAN – The Estevan Police Service is asking for the public’s help in locating a stolen truck.

Police reported on Feb. 21 that the vehicle was taken overnight from the Quality Inn parking lot in Estevan.

The theft occurred at approximately 12:52 a.m. when a yellow Ford F-350 was stolen.

The vehicle, bearing Saskatchewan licence plate 633 MUP, has an eight-inch lift kit and was last seen heading north on Kensington Avenue.

Anyone who sees a vehicle matching this description is asked to contact police at 306-634-4767 or call 911.

A Facebook user named Emily Dixon posted on Friday morning, saying the truck belonged to her boyfriend and was nearly empty when it was stolen. She later updated her post, stating the truck was last seen in White City, heading into Regina, and then travelling from Fort Qu’Appelle toward Qu’Appelle.
