A fun time for seniors at the Souris Valley Museum

ESTEVAN - The Souris Valley Museum's annual senior social on Wednesday attracted lots of people for refreshments, snacks, visiting and music.

The afternoon consisted of entertainment from a group of seven musicians who played the accordion, keyboard, banjo and guitar. The members of the musical group included Susan Moser, JoAnn Jacobson, Myrna Linn, Gerald Linn, Wilma Bjorndalen, Eileen Roche and Dalton Knox. The crowd appreciated the live music.

Coffee, tea, lemonade and dainties were served, and visitors were free to look around the museum and surrounding buildings. 

Approximately 44 people were in attendance. This is an annual event for the museum, and is the first event at the venue with musical entertainment since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
