ESTEVAN - A residential road in southeast Estevan is open again.
The City of Estevan announced Saturday morning that Duncan Road was open. It had been shut down since Aug. 10 due to resurfacing.
Access to the road had been limited to pedestrians.
McLeod Avenue, also in southeast Estevan, was shut down earlier this summer for a similar project.
