Weyburn-born pianist Meagan Milatz will perform a livestream concert today, April 7, at 5 p.m. Saskatchewan time (7 pm EST), as she performs in Montreal with cellist Cameron Crozman (named by CBC as “Canada's next big cello star"). “Cameron is also originally from the Prairies, born in Calgary, and he’s a truly incredible musician,” said Meagan in an email from her home in Montreal. They will be using a new platform for the livestream, called a440.live, which was designed by a young team of music entrepreneurs from France and U.S., helping to present classical music events.
