The Weyburn Chamber of Commerce has a new executive director. Larry Heggs, who is no stranger to the organization, joined the organization on Feb. 22 as executive director.
Larry brings 14 years’ experience as a board member of the Chamber and most recently served four years as President from 2016 to 2020. He brings with him valuable experience in management and leadership and is closely connected to the community of Weyburn in many ways.
An active and passionate volunteer, Heggs believes in the value building a strong network of businesses and looks forward to finding opportunities to create an atmosphere of growth.
“The Board is excited about the skills and experience Larry is bringing to the Chamber,” said Reed Anderson, president of the Weyburn Chamber of Commerce. “We have complete confidence in his ability to deliver on the Chamber’s mission and position as the voice of business in Weyburn and area.”
