ESTEVAN - Estevan's water tower has been lit up in green and red colours in the weeks leading up to Christmas.
Lights that shine up the tower were installed earlier in 2023 as part of a refurbishment of the structure.
The colours of the lights can be switched to suit special occasions, and they have been suited for Christmas.
