Star gazers who are looking to view or photograph Comet Neowise still have some opportunities, and the best time is expected to be Wednesday night.

Neowise is expected to make its closest approach to Earth on Wednesday, passing at a harmless distance of 103 million kilometers. From mid-July onward, viewers can spot the comet after sunset, below the Big Dipper.

For best viewing, make sure to find a spot away from city lights and with a clear view of the sky. While people may be able to see it with their naked eye, they might want to bring binoculars or a small telescope.
