Visitors to the Prairie Animal Health Centre’s open house were able to get up close and personal in the petting zoo on Wednesday evening.
The open house was a fundraiser for the Salvation Army, and included pony rides, a barbecue, and games with prizes.
The event raised close to $1,100, with more funds being raised with a bake sale that is continuing until everything is sold, and sale tickets for a raffle that will continue to the end of October.
