ESTEVAN - Members of the Estevan Police Service arrested a 29-year-old Estevan woman for assault following a disturbance at a local motel Friday.
According to the EPS, the same woman is under investigation for various other complaints that are outstanding. She was lodged in cells with the intent to remand her in custody until court on Monday.
Police received a report of theft of property. The EPS said the 29-year-old woman in cells was found to be in possession of the alleged stolen property when she was arrested. An investigation is ongoing.
