ESTEVAN - The Estevan Chamber of Commerce has announced the finalists for the Estevan Business Excellence Awards on Oct. 20 at the Southeast College's Estevan campus.
All award nominations are reviewed by an independent panel of judges comprised of representatives from MNP who reside outside of the Estevan area to ensure impartiality.
