The man charged in connection with an alleged homicide in Estevan earlier this month was back in court on Monday.
Gurwinder Singh Toor appeared in Estevan Provincial Court via telephone Monday morning from the Regina Correctional Centre.
His case was adjourned to July 12 at 9:30 a.m. to be spoken to.
Toor is charged with second degree murder in connection with the death of Angelo Galido earlier this month. Galido’s body was found in his home in the 800-block of Henry Street on June 7.
Toor was apprehended on June 16 in Calgary. He appeared in court in Airdrie, Alta., the following day, and made a telephone appearance in Estevan Provincial Court on June 21.
