Saskatchewan-based Haztech Energy Corp and White Bear First Nations signed a partnership agreement on August 24. The agreement creates opportunities for employment in security, medical, as well as health and safety fields.
Haztech noted in a release they believe in partnership for prosperity's sake, and they are committed to building a legacy grounded in fostering lasting relationships with indigenous people of the province.
“Haztech has an excellent track record in business servicing some of the country’s leading companies,” says White Bear Chief Nathan Pasap. “What really made them stand out to me is their strong commitment to First Nations communities such as their Whitecap Haztech partnership which has created a lot of jobs, training and development opportunities over the last 3 years. I am pleased to have the opportunity to work with an established and reputable company like Haztech to provide meaningful employment for First Nations people in my community and beyond.”
Haztech has been providing vertically integrated, full service medical, health, safety and security services to the industrial, construction, oilfield and mining sectors since 2006.
