Scout leader Dave Keen carefully sets a Beaver buggy in place at the starting line during the annual Kub Kar Rally held at the City Centre Mall on Saturday afternoon for the Weyburn Fifth Scouts troop, with Beavers, Cubs and Scouts all taking part, and many family and friends on hand to watch. The races were the culmination of all the work that the troop members put into building and designing their cars and trucks.
