Gedak, Hallberg still lead men's events, while Wheeler leads women's division at Woodlawn

The FrameTech Classic continues at Woodlawn.

ESTEVAN - There were some changes to the leaderboard at the FrameTech Classic tournament at the TS&M Woodlawn Golf Course.

Chase Gedak continues to lead the championship flight in the men's division. He fired a 4-under-par 68 in the second round, and now sits at 7-under-par 137 through two rounds.

He sits one stroke ahead of Jace Carlisle, who is at 6-under-par 138 after also shooting a 68 in Round 2. Carson Harcourt and Darien Herlick are tied for third at 139. Harcourt shot the low round of the day at 66, while Herlick had a 68.

In the senior men's event, Rick Hallberg continues to hold a commanding lead at 4-under-par 140, after shooting a 73 in the second round. He has a 14-stroke lead over Rob Peloquin, who shot a 74 in the second round to sit at 10-over-par 154 through two rounds. Terry Rohatyn (156) is third and Trevor Gessner (157) is fourth.

Paige Wheeler has moved into the lead in the women's division after shooting an 83 in the second round. Her score through two rounds is 171, five better than Roxanne Willerth, who shot an 89 in Round 2.

Taylor Wheeler is third at 184. She improved from a 98 in the first round to an 86 in round 2, and Devin Galvin is fourth at 184 after shooting a 93.

More than 120 golfers are entered this year, with 78 in the men's division, 33 in the senior men's and 12 in the women's.

The final round in all three divisions will be played Monday.
