WEYBURN – The Special Olympics Weyburn bowling team attended the "Bob Pedde" bowling tournament in Saskatoon over the April 22-23 weekend and they all bowled very well.
The singles tournament was held on Saturday, with all five bowlers earning medals in their divisions.
Robin Stelter won gold; Brendan Gall won bronze; Jordan Williams won bronze; Leah Whitrow won bronze and Devon Jensen won gold.
The team event was held on Sunday, where as a team they took home the gold medal in their division.
The bowlers are coached by Jo-Ann Paxman of Weyburn.
