REGINA - Update: Regina Police Service says 12-year-old Wionna Starr has been located.

Original post: The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that could assist in locating 12-year-old Wionna Starr. Starr was last seen on Feb. 9 at approximately 2 a.m. in the 1600 block of Angus Street

Starr is described as: female, 5’6” and 200lbs. Starr has short bright orange hair, light complexion and brown eyes. Starr was last seen wearing a grey Nike sweater, black sweatpants and brown ugg boots.

There is no evidence that Wionna Starr has come to harm, but she is considered vulnerable due to her age.  Police would like to locate her to ensure her safety.
