REGINA - Regina Police Service are reporting three people have been charged following an alleged robbery in Regina.
On Feb. 13 at approximately 9:10 p.m., police responded to a robbery in progress in the 2600 block of Coronation Street.
Initial information indicated three people allegedly assaulted an individual, before fleeing with the victim’s personal belongings.
Police located one of the suspects nearby, who was subsequently arrested.
A search of this suspect revealed the victim’s belongings.
A short time later, at approximately 10:50 p.m., police located and arrested the second suspect at a residential address.
The third suspect was located and arrested at the same address on Feb. 14 at approximately 12:45 p.m.
As a result, an 18-year-old suspect, of Whitehorse, and a 15-year-old youth, and a 13-year-old youth, who both cannot be named in keeping with the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, are each charged with robbery.
The 18-year-old suspect and the 15-year-old youth made their first appearance on this charge in Youth Provincial Court on Feb. 14.
The 13-year-old youth will make their first appearance on this charge in Youth Provincial Court on Feb. 18 at 9:30 a.m.
