White-tailed deer shot and left

Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety - Conservation Officers Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory Network advises the waste of game incident occurred between the evening of Sept. 14 and morning of Sept. 15.

BATEMAN, Sask. — Sometime between 7 p.m. Sept. 14 and 10 a.m. Sept. 15, a typical white-tailed deer buck with a 4x4 frame was shot and left in a field near Bateman. The deer was located within 500 metres of occupied buildings.

Officers of the Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety - Conservation Officers Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory Network are asking for the public's assistance. If anyone observed any unusual or suspicious activity, vehicles, or individuals in the area during this time it may assist in the investigation.
