The annual Canora Composite High School Pensioner’s Prom was hosted by the Class of 1970 on August 11 and 12 at the Canora Legion Dugout, said Gwen Westerlund, class member.
The meet-and-greet on Friday night consisted of pizza and beer, music by Garret Keyowski, watching a DVD of graduation pictures, and a lot of reminiscing, said Westerlund.
Saturday was filled with more visiting and a delicious supper catered by the 3-G'Friends. It was a fun weekend, said Westerlund.
Organizing committee members were: Ed Keyowski, Debbie Keyowski, Theresa Chabun, Linda Pye, Gwen Westerlund, Al Witwicki, and Larry Kalmakoff, said Westerlund.
