The Preeceville Co-ed Slo-pitch League is winding down for another season of great ball playing. Players began the season with high hopes but faced numerous weather- related circumstances. All games are played at the Preeceville Sportsground every Tuesday and Thursday.
“We have had a great season, despite a few missed games due to being rained out,” said Riley Erickson. “The season was extended with make-up games scheduled to be played prior to playoffs. All games and playoffs should tentatively be completed by July 28.”
Team standings as reported to date are: Balls Deep with seven wins, no losses; Fully-Loaded, with four wins and two losses; Skeeters with three wins, one loss; Renslip, three wins, three loses and one tie; Scared Hitless, three wins, two losses and one tie; Thunder Monkeys one win, four losses and one tie; Alcohoballics, one win, four losses and one tie, and Parkland Pounders, recorded no wins to date.
