New court date for man charged in fatal pedestrian collision

THE KEY FIRST NATION - Another court appearance has been made by a Keeseekoose First Nation man, charged in connection with a fatal vehicle/pedestrian collision on The Key First Nation.

Kenward Strongquill, 62, was in Yorkton Provincial Court on March 17, where he was remanded in custody to April 4.

Last August, Kamsack RCMP received a report of a collision involving four pedestrians.

A girl under the age of 12 was killed, while two other girls were seriously injured, and a man was only slightly hurt.
