13 discharged, four still in hospital with stabbing injuries

REGINA — The Saskatchewan Health Authority says four patients remain hospitalized as a result of injuries from the Sept. 4 stabbing attacks on James Smith Cree Nation and in Weldon.

As of 1 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 12, the SHA confirms there are four patients who remain in hospital, all of whom are in stable condition. Since Sunday, 13 patients have now been discharged.

For privacy reasons, the SHA will not be disclosing further information, including the location of the hospitals where these patients are receiving care.
