SASKATOON - A man was arrested following an assault yesterday morning in Saskatoon.
At around 8:15 a.m. on Oct. 2, police responded to the 400 block of Fairmont Drive for a report of an assault in progress.
Upon arrival, officers learned that a verbal confrontation had occurred between multiple persons, before a 30-year-old man physically assaulted a 14-year-old female. The youth received what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries as a result.
Following continued investigation, the man was charged with assault causing bodily harm.
