SASKATOON - The Saskatoon Police Serious Assault Unit (SAU) is investigating an assault Saturday morning in Saskatoon.
At approximately 1:50 a.m. on Oct. 12, police received a report of an assault in the 200 block of Pendygrasse Road. Further updates stated the 15-year-old female victim was taken to hospital by paramedics to receive further care for what were believed to be serious injuries.
At this time, it is believed the suspect and victim are known to one another.
The SAU is continuing to investigate.
