North Battleford Golf and Country Club will host its annual Fall Scramble. Tee off times are 10 a.m. both days.

North Battleford Touch Football League has three games on the schedule. The Headhunters play the Rhinos at 6 p.m., the Silver Bullets take on the Home Hardware Broncos and the Western Can Slammers play the Gophers. All games are scheduled at Beaver Lions Stadium.

North Battleford Comprehensive High School Junior Vikings will host Prince Albert St. Mary's in junior football action. Game time is 4:30 p.m. at Beaver Lions Stadium.

Battlefords North Stars will be doing their first NHL hockey draft Oct. 16. The deadline for teams is Oct. 1. Cost is $500 per team contact 445-7827 for more information.

Road Hockey Rumble will take place for the second year on the street in front of Mr. Ribs. Money raised goes to the Battlefords United Way with all players receiving a prize.
