Members received a complaint of a stolen truck in a rural area near Unity. The vehicle was later recovered in a field near Unity. This matter is still under investigation.
A vehicle fled from RCMP during a traffic stop. This matter is still under investigation.
Police received a report of a moose caught in a fence. Members made a referral to Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment.
Members assisted Emergency Medical Services with a patient.
An individual fled from RCMP on foot during a traffic stop. This matter is still under investigation.
RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members attended. EMS transported the subject of complaint to Unity Health Centre for assessment.
Police received a complaint of assault. This matter is still under investigation.
CN Police reported a railway malfunction at Unity. Reported for information purposes.
Members acted as mediators in a dispute between two adults.
RCMP received a complaint of trespassing. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.
Police received a complaint of uttering threats. This matter is still under investigation.
Members acted as mediators in a dispute between neighbours.
RCMP received a complaint of a stolen truck and all-terrain vehicle from a rural area near Unity. Both vehicles were located near Cut Knife. A 25-year-old man from Little Pine First Nation was charged with break and enter and two counts of theft of a motor vehicle and a 29-year-old woman from Cut Knife was charged with theft of a motor vehicle and failure to comply with a condition of a release order.
There were also five noise complaints, one traffic complaint and one false 911 call.
Wilkie Report
RCMP received a complaint of a stolen bicycle. The bicycle was later returned to the owner but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
Police received a complaint of an individual throwing rocks at a business. Members attended but the subject of complaint was gone on arrival. Patrols were also made but the individual was not located.
Members received a complaint of theft from a motor vehicle but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
RCMP received a report of an individual not complying with an undertaking condition. This matter is still under investigation.
Police received a complaint of trespassing. Members located the subjects of complaint and issued a verbal warning.
Members are investigating a complaint of a stolen bicycle.
RCMP received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.
There were also two traffic complaints.
Macklin Report
A 34-year-old woman from Grande Prairie, Alta. was charged with assault on police officer, failure to comply with a release order condition and two counts of failure to comply with an undertaking condition and a 35-year-old man from Macklin was charged with four counts of failure to comply with a release order condition after Members attended a residence at the request of the owner and discovered the occupants were not complying with several release order conditions.
